These terms apply when you use avacoup.com (“AvaCoup”, “we”). By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

What AvaCoup is

AvaCoup is an independent site that lists coupon codes and deals and publishes product reviews. We are not the seller of any product shown here, and we are not affiliated with the brands we cover unless we say so.

How we make money

AvaCoup is reader-supported. Many links on the site are affiliate links: if you buy after clicking one, we may earn a commission from the merchant, at no extra cost to you. This never changes what a coupon is worth to you, and we don't accept payment to change a review's verdict.

Coupons and prices

We try to keep codes, discounts, prices and expiry dates accurate, but merchants can change or end an offer at any time, and some codes have conditions (first order only, minimum spend, certain products). We can't guarantee that any code will work or that any price is current. Always check the final price at checkout before you pay.

Reviews

Reviews reflect our own opinion and experience at the time of writing. They are general information, not professional, medical, financial or safety advice. Products change; check the merchant's current details before buying.

Buying from merchants

Any purchase you make is between you and the merchant. Payment, shipping, returns, refunds and warranties are handled by the merchant under its own terms. We don't process payments and aren't a party to your purchase.

Links to other sites

We link to sites we don't control. We aren't responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

Our content

The text, layout and design of AvaCoup belong to us. You're welcome to share links to our pages and quote short excerpts with credit. Don't copy whole reviews or republish our coupon listings without permission. Brand names and logos belong to their owners and appear only to identify the products and stores we cover.

Acceptable use

Don't try to access areas of the site that aren't public, interfere with how the site works, or collect its content with automated tools in a way that burdens it.

No warranty

The site is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will be error-free or always available, and we aren't liable for losses arising from your use of the site, a coupon that doesn't work, or a purchase from a merchant. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be waived.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed; continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new version.
