How we put this guide together

We haven't bought or used anything from Synergee, so this isn't a hands-on review. Everything below comes from the brand's US store (synergeefitness.com): product pages for all 95 items it lists, its refund, "No Sweat Guarantee", warranty, financing and contact pages, and the shipping rates its cart quoted for a few US ZIP codes. We also ran a US Google search for the brand. All of it was checked on September 29, 2026. There is no Synergee discount code on this page because we don't have one to offer.

What Synergee sells

Synergee is a family-owned fitness equipment company. Its founder and president, Joey Huneau, started it to make home gym gear that fits people's homes, budgets and schedules. The US store lists 95 products (81 in stock when we checked). Half of them cost under about $55. The main groups:

  • Benches: an adjustable incline bench, an incline/decline bench, a wing-back bench and a preacher curl bench
  • Storage: dumbbell racks, plate trees and wall storage, barbell holders, kettlebell and accessory racks
  • Smaller gear: Indian clubs, interval timers, core sliders, mini bands, gymnastic rings and plyo boxes

Shipping

  • The store only ships to US addresses. Canadian shoppers are sent to Synergee's separate Canadian store.
  • Product pages say "Free Shipping". When we priced orders in the cart, standard shipping was free to New York and California, with an estimate of 3 business days. A small order to Alaska was charged $16.80.
  • The store's shipping policy page was empty when we checked, so the exact rules (for example Hawaii or remote areas) aren't written down anywhere we could find.

Returns: read both pages

Synergee calls its return promise the "No Sweat Guarantee": you can return or exchange an item within 30 days of receiving it, for any reason, using a prepaid return label from its returns portal. Keep the original box, or pack the item in equally sturdy packaging.

The two pages that describe it don't fully agree:

  • The refund policy says you get an exchange or full refund "and we won't charge you a cent", and that Synergee pays return shipping.
  • The No Sweat Guarantee page says a 20% restocking fee is withheld from refunds, and that final-sale items can't be returned.

Ask Synergee which rule applies before you order a heavy item you might send back.

Warranty

Synergee lists warranties by part, starting from the purchase date:

  • Frames and structural welds: limited lifetime
  • Bearings, bushings, cables and pulleys: 5 years
  • Dumbbells, kettlebells, bands, Indian clubs and most small gear: 1 year for home use
  • Upholstery and grips: 90 days

Barbells are not covered for rust. If a bar arrives defective or rusted, the brand asks you to contact it within 5 days of delivery for a replacement.

Paying and discounts

  • Financing through Affirm: 3, 6 or 12 monthly payments. Synergee says 3-month plans are 0% APR; longer plans run 0%–31.99% APR depending on credit, and are subject to approval.
  • 5% "Appreciation Discount" for active or retired military and dependents, police, fire and EMT, medical staff, teachers, university students and seniors 60+, after verification. It can't be combined with other discounts or used on sale items.
  • Support is by phone or text at 1-855-217-7136 (Monday to Friday, 7am–3pm Eastern) or through the contact form (24–48 hour replies).

What buyers say

  • Synergee's own site shows a 4.9 out of 5 rating from reviews collected on its store, so treat that as a friendly sample.
  • Trustpilot (as shown in Google results; the page itself wouldn't load for us): about 4.2 out of 5 from 224 reviews for the US store and 4.7 from 372 for the Canadian store.
  • The brand also sells through Amazon and Walmart, and through the retailer Strength Warehouse USA.
  • Reddit: older r/crossfit threads praise the Games-style barbell as good value for the price. One r/crossfit post from about a year ago, titled "Buyer Beware", describes a US order that kept being delayed until the buyer cancelled for a refund.

Who it suits

Synergee suits you if you're building a home or garage gym on a budget and want solid, storable basics: a hex trap bar, a mid-priced Olympic bar, a wall-mounted rack that saves floor space, an adjustable bench and racks to keep plates and dumbbells off the floor. It's a weaker fit if you live outside the lower 48 states and want free shipping, if you need a written guarantee that returns are fee-free, or if you want a premium commercial rack with a big accessory ecosystem.
