How we put this guide together
On October 18, 2026 we read SwitchBot's global store (switch-bot.com) and its US store (us.switch-bot.com): six robot product pages, the shipping policy, the refund policy and the terms of service. We checked US prices in US dollars and added one robot to the US cart to see the final price, then emptied the cart. We also looked at published reviews from TechRadar, Tom's Guide, Expert Reviews and MacRumors, and at SwitchBot's Trustpilot page. Nobody on our team has used these robots, so this is a buyer's guide, not a hands-on review, and it carries no star rating from us.
What SwitchBot sells
SwitchBot is a smart-home brand best known for small retrofit gadgets: a button pusher, curtain and blind motors, smart locks and hubs. Over the last two years it has added floor-cleaning robots. This guide covers six of them, from a compact self-emptying vacuum to robot mops that connect to your water supply. If you shop from the US, the global store will point you to the US store, which ships from a warehouse in California.
The 6 products
1. SwitchBot K11+ Pro
Photo: SwitchBot
A compact robot vacuum (9.8 x 9.8 x 3.6 in) with up to 12,000Pa suction, an automatic carpet boost, a tangle-resistant brush and a clip-on mop pad for light dust on hard floors. The self-emptying dock uses a 4L dust bag that SwitchBot says lasts up to 90 days. List price $399.99; on October 18, 2026 the US store showed it at $240.00. In stock. It suits apartments and pet homes. Drawback: the mop is a simple pad, not a scrubbing mop.
2. SwitchBot K11+

The smaller-suction sibling: 6000Pa, LiDAR mapping, an anti-tangle twin side brush and a dock SwitchBot describes as smaller than an A4 sheet, with the same 4L bag and up to 90 days between emptying. It is one of the few robot vacuums with Matter support, so it works with Apple Home, Alexa or Google Home without an extra hub. List price $399.99; the US store showed $200.00 on October 18, 2026. In stock. Drawback: Expert Reviews found its obstacle avoidance below par, and Tom's Guide found mapping inconsistent.
3. SwitchBot S10
Photo: SwitchBot
A robot vacuum and roller mop with two stations: one empties dust (up to 70 days), the other connects to household plumbing to refill and drain water, so you never carry a water tank. 6500Pa suction; the mop lifts on carpet. List price $1,199.99; the US store showed $360.00 on October 18, 2026, and labels it 'last chance'. In stock. It suits people who mop often and have a sink or laundry hookup nearby. Drawback: the water station needs a plumbing connection, which SwitchBot asks you to check for compatibility first.
4. SwitchBot S20

SwitchBot's newer mopping robot: a RevoRoll roller mop that is rinsed while it cleans, 10,000Pa suction, an AI camera plus LiDAR for obstacles, and a station that refills, empties waste and dries the mop with 50°C hot air. Two versions are listed, with and without the auto-fill and drain kit. List price $799.99; the US store showed $360.00 on October 18, 2026. In stock. TechRadar called its mopping the standout. Drawback: reviewers found it loud, sometimes slow to find its dock, and Expert Reviews notes there is no mop-only mode.
5. SwitchBot K10+ Pro Combo
Photo: SwitchBot
A small robot vacuum bundled with a cordless stick vacuum for sofas, stairs and corners. Both empty into one FusionBase station with a 3L bag that SwitchBot says needs emptying about every 70 days. List price $799.99; the US store showed $400.00 on October 18, 2026. In stock. It suits people who would otherwise buy a robot and a stick vacuum separately. Drawback: the robot mops with disposable wet wipes rather than a washable mop.
6. SwitchBot K20+ Pro
Photo: SwitchBot
A small robot vacuum on a modular platform: a camera head lets you check on pets from the app, and a mobile base can carry other SwitchBot devices around the house. It uses LiDAR and 3D obstacle detection and comes with an auto-empty station and a mopping kit. List price $699.99; the US store showed $595.00 on October 18, 2026. In stock. It suits SwitchBot fans who want one robot to do more than vacuum. Drawback: it is the least discounted of the six, and the extra features add complexity you may never use.

What buyers say
- TechRadar (K11+ review): praises the very small auto-empty dock and the navigation, but says the disposable wet-cloth mop is not worth the effort.
- Expert Reviews (K11+ review): likes the A4-sized dock and the 4L bag, criticises obstacle avoidance.
- Tom's Guide (K11+ review): calls suction decent, but found mapping inconsistent and the mopping far from thorough.
- TechRadar (S20 review): impressive mopping and strong obstacle detection; loud, and it sometimes struggled to get back to its dock.
- MacRumors (S20 and K11+ review): notes that SwitchBot runs frequent sales on the S20.
- Trustpilot (switch-bot.com): 3.9 out of 5 from 593 reviews when we looked on October 18, 2026, with many complaints about customer service even where the hardware is liked.
The store's own product pages show customer quotes; we treat those as marketing, not independent evidence.
How it compares
- Roborock and eufy: widely sold robot vacuum and mop brands with large ranges; a good fit if you want more retail choice and a big user community.
- iRobot Roomba: the long-running US name in robot vacuums; a fit if you want a familiar brand sold in most US stores.
- SwitchBot: the fit if you already use SwitchBot locks, curtains or hubs, or want a very small dock or a mop that connects to your plumbing.
Shipping & returns
The US store ships from California. It says orders are dispatched in 1 to 3 business days and arrive in 2 to 9 business days, with free shipping on orders over $99.00 and a $9.99 fee below that. Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands and Guam ship from Hong Kong. P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses are not served by standard shipping.
Returns: undamaged products can be returned within 30 days of shipping for a refund, in original packaging with all accessories and gifts. If the reason is not a defect, you pay the return shipping. Products bought directly from SwitchBot carry a one-year warranty; defective units are replaced, or partly refunded if they cannot be replaced.
Who it suits / who should skip
It suits apartment and small-home owners, pet owners who want daily vacuuming, and anyone already using SwitchBot gadgets or a Matter smart home. Skip it if you need excellent obstacle avoidance on a cluttered floor, a quiet robot, or a brand with a strong reputation for customer service.
