How we put this guide together
We haven't bought anything from Soulvation, so this isn't a hands-on review and we don't give it a star rating. Everything below comes from Soulvation's own site (soulvationsociety.com): its product and collection pages, its shipping, refund, privacy and terms pages, and the store's public product list. We also read its review page on Loox, checked Google's Ads Transparency Center, and tested shipping in the cart without placing an order. All of it was checked on October 1, 2026.
What Soulvation sells
Soulvation Society is a small Shopify store run by Soulvation Society LLC. Its product pages mention "our small team in Colorado". On October 1 it listed 35 products, mostly hair accessories:
| Product | Price (Oct 1, 2026) | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| Butter Soft Knot Headband | $16 | 1 headband, adjustable knot |
| Butter Soft Twist Headband | $19 | 1 headband, 5" wide, twist at the front |
| Butter Soft Turband | $25 | 1 extra wide headband, reversible twist |
| Boho Hair Ties | $19-$21 | 12 hair ties in 4 styles (braided twist, thin loops, crimp, thick loop) |
| Butter Soft OG Scrunchies | $22.95 | 3 scrunchies |
| Butter Soft OG XL Scrunchie | $16.99 | 1 scrunchie, twice the OG size |
| Boho Hair Tie 36 Pack & Carrying Case | $50 | 36 hair ties in a bamboo case |
| Hair Care Mystery Pack | $35 | 12 hair ties, a scrunchie pack and 1 headband, colors picked by the store |
| Mystery Hair Accessory Bundle | $99 | 10 pieces (headbands, Turbands, hair ties, a scrunchie, elastics), colors picked at random |
Soulvation says the headbands and scrunchies are made with bamboo fabric ("bamboo spandex" for the scrunchies) and fit "one size fits most". It describes the hair ties as soft elastic that's gentle on hair and doesn't leave a crease. We haven't tested any of these claims.
Some product pages also make health claims about bamboo fabric, for example that it's antibacterial or "helps prevent skin cancer". We couldn't verify those, so we'd ignore them when you decide. Buy these as comfortable accessories, not as health products.
Prices, crossed-out prices and mystery packs
- Crossed-out prices: several packs show a crossed-out "regular" price. For example, the Hair Care Mystery Pack is $35 against $70, and the Mystery Hair Accessory Bundle is $99 against $200. We couldn't check whether those packs ever sold at the higher price, so judge them on the current price and on what's inside.
- Mystery packs: the store picks the colors. The $99 bundle page says other discounts don't apply to it.
- No automatic discount: neither of our test carts ($19 and $54) received an automatic discount. The homepage offers a first-order discount for newsletter sign-ups, but it doesn't say how much, and we didn't sign up.
Shipping: aim for $50
- Orders of $50 or more: our $54 test cart to New York (ZIP 10001) showed free economy shipping.
- Orders under $50: our $19 test cart showed $10 for economy, $20 for express and $60 for overnight. The shipping policy page says US orders under $50 pay a flat $5, so the cart and the policy didn't match on the day we checked. Check the cart before you pay.
- Timing: the shipping policy says orders are packed within 3-5 business days, then USPS economy takes about 5-8 more days. Overnight shipping only speeds up delivery, not packing.
What buyers say
- On the store's own review app (Loox): about 4,400 reviews. Product pages showed 4.7 for Boho Hair Ties (1,517 reviews) and 4.9 for the Twist Headband (2,258 reviews). Loox reviews are collected by the store itself, so treat them as a signal, not independent proof.
- What reviewers praise: softness, headbands that stay in place and don't cause headaches, and comfort through long work shifts and workouts. Reviewers include nurses, dental hygienists, trainers and busy parents.
- What they complain about: some headbands feel tight at first, stretch varies between styles, they can be hard to fit on small heads, and some people wanted more colors.
- Trustpilot: we couldn't load Soulvation's Trustpilot page when we checked.
Is Soulvation legit? What we could and couldn't verify
What checks out:
- It's a real, working store: the product list, cart and shipping rates all worked when we tested them.
- Its terms of service name Soulvation Society LLC, and its affiliate program has been running since early 2021.
- Free People, a large US retailer, lists a Soulvation soft headband on its own site.
- Soulvation isn't running Google ads in the US: the Ads Transparency Center showed no ads pointing to its site.
What we couldn't verify:
- A phone number or street address: the contact page only has a form, and the policies list the emails help@soulvationsociety.com and hello@soulvationsociety.com.
- The crossed-out "regular" prices and the health claims on some product pages.
Returns
- The refund policy gives you 30 days from ordering to ask for a return. Email help@soulvationsociety.com with your order number.
- Headbands must be unworn with no visible wear. Trying one on is fine, but the policy says you can't have worn it for long.
- Sale clothing is final sale.
- Hair ties that break within 30 days may get a partial refund if you send photos. You may be asked to send them back first.
- Shipping fees aren't refunded. Items sent back without asking first won't be accepted.
Who it suits
Soulvation suits people who want soft, wide headbands that stay put through a workout or a long shift, or hair ties you can wear as bracelets, and who can bundle an order up to $50 for free shipping. It's a weaker fit for a single small item, where $10 shipping is more than half the price of a $19 pack, or if you want to try a headband for a few days before deciding: worn headbands can't be returned.
