How we put this guide together
On October 19, 2026 we read R.W.FLAME's own store (rwflame.com): the home page, the six product pages covered below, and the shipping, returns and terms pages. We checked the US price and stock of every size option on those six pages. We also read the brand's Trustpilot page and searched for other reviews. Nobody on our team has used these products, so this is a buyer's guide, not a hands-on review, and it carries no star rating from us.
What R.W.FLAME sells
R.W.FLAME is an electric fireplace brand founded in 2017. Its Trustpilot profile lists San Bernardino, California, and the store says orders ship from fulfillment centers inside the United States. The range covers wall-mounted and recessed electric fireplaces, fireplace inserts, freestanding stove heaters, electric log sets, decorative resin logs and mantel packages, plus a smaller outdoor line of propane grills and fire pits. On the day we checked, the first page of the catalog listed 54 products, 46 of them in stock, with a median price of $289.99.
An electric fireplace gives you the look of a fire from LED lights and, separately, a fan heater. You can run the flame on its own all year and switch the heat on only when you need it. None of the products below needs a chimney, gas line or vent.
The 6 products
1. 30/36/42/50/60/68 Inch Electric Fireplace Ultra-Thin Recessed Wall Mounted C3
Photo: R.W.FLAME
A flat, frameless fireplace that is 3.86 inches deep and can hang on a wall or sit fully or partly inside it. It offers 12 flame colors and 12 ember bed colors, a 750W or 1500W heater rated for rooms up to 400 square feet, a thermostat range of 62 to 82°F, a 1 to 8 hour timer, a touch panel plus remote, and a 35 dB sleep mode. Prices on October 19, 2026: 36 inch $189.99, 42 inch $209.99, 50 inch $234.99, 60 inch $259.99, 68 inch $389.99. The 30 inch version ($149.99) was sold out. Who it suits: anyone building a TV wall or a modern living room. Drawback: recessing it into a wall is a construction job, and a 1500W heater is only supplemental heat.
2. R.W.FLAME 36/39 Inch Electric Fireplace Insert with Adjustable Flame Colors and Brightness 8-Hour Timer, 750W-1500W
Photo: R.W.FLAME
An insert is a box that slides into an existing fireplace opening or a built-in surround. This one has a log bed, 4 flame colors with 5 brightness levels, a 1 to 8 hour timer, separate flame and heat controls and a 750W to 1500W heater. Prices on October 19, 2026: 36 inch $329.99, 39 inch $369.99, both in stock. Who it suits: owners of an unused wood fireplace who want a clean, plug-in fire. Drawback: measure your opening carefully; it only comes in two widths.
3. R.W.FLAME Electric Fireplace Log Set Heater with Remote Control, 750W/1500W
Photo: R.W.FLAME
A set of glowing logs with a built-in heater that sits inside an existing fireplace or on a hearth. The brand says it is ETL certified, has overheat protection with auto shutoff, stays cool to the touch, and heats a room of up to 450 square feet on its 1500W setting. It has 5 flame brightness and speed settings and a remote. Price on October 19, 2026: $129.99, in stock (the store shows a compare-at price of $199.99). Who it suits: renters or owners with an empty firebox who want the cheapest real-looking option. Drawback: there is no surround, so it looks best inside an existing fireplace.
4. R.W.FLAME Fireplace decoration Petite Resin Wood Electric Fireplace Gas Fireplace Log
Photo: R.W.FLAME
Decorative logs made of heat-resistant synthetic resin that you lay in front of an electric fireplace's flame to make it look deeper and more like wood. There is no heater or light in them. Sets are sized to the fireplace: 3 pieces for 36 and 42 inch units, 5 pieces for 50 inch, 6 pieces for 60 and 68 inch. Prices on October 19, 2026: $40.99 (36 inch), $42.99 (42 inch), $45.99 (50 inch), $50.99 (60 inch); the 68 inch set was sold out. Who it suits: owners of a wide wall-mounted fireplace that looks flat. Drawback: purely cosmetic.
5. 4-Burner Propane Gas Grill Stainless Steel 42000 BTU with Side Burner
Photo: R.W.FLAME
The odd one out: an outdoor propane grill with four stainless steel burners, a side burner, porcelain-coated cast iron grates, a pull-out grease tray and a storage cabinet. Total cooking space is 530 square inches (391 main plus a 139 warming rack). The title says 42,000 BTU while the description credits the four main burners with 32,000 BTU, so the side burner appears to make up the difference. Price on October 19, 2026: $349.99, in stock (compare-at price $699.99). Who it suits: a family that grills on a patio of limited size. Drawback: one Trustpilot reviewer reported a missing igniter and a leaking propane connector, so inspect every part on delivery.
6. R.W.FLAME 3D Flame Electric Fireplace Stove Heater with Thermostat
Photo: R.W.FLAME
A small freestanding stove with an arched, cathedral-style door, glass on three sides for a 180-degree view of the flame, a steel body, an infrared heater with 1000W and 1500W modes, a self-regulating thermostat and overheat protection. Prices on October 19, 2026: 15 inch $109.99, 20 inch $149.99, both in stock. Who it suits: a bedroom, office or small apartment that needs a cozy corner. Drawback: the ornate style will not fit a minimalist room.

What buyers say
On October 19, 2026 R.W.FLAME's English Trustpilot page showed a TrustScore of 4.3 out of 5 from 59 reviews written in the past 12 months: 68% five stars and 9% one star. Positive reviews mention fast delivery, easy assembly, realistic flames and sturdy metal construction. Negative ones mention a unit that arrived dented, a heater that felt too weak for a large room, difficulty telling whether the flame or heat is on, and the grill parts problem above. Trustpilot also notes that the company has not replied to negative reviews. Some regional Trustpilot pages showed an older, lower score of 3.8 from about 23 reviews. The brand also sells through Wayfair and TikTok Shop, where listings show their own ratings.
How it compares
- Big-name electric fireplace brands sold at home improvement stores: easier to see in person and return locally, often at higher prices for similar sizes.
- No-name listings on large marketplaces: sometimes cheaper, but with less clear warranty and support.
- R.W.FLAME direct: a wide choice of sizes and mounting styles, free standard shipping from US warehouses, and mid-range prices, with mixed reports on shipping damage.
Shipping & returns
Shipping: orders ship from fulfillment centers in the United States, to the contiguous 48 states only (no Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, PO Boxes or military addresses). Standard shipping is free and takes 3 to 5 business days; Express is 2 to 3 business days for an extra $15.99. Orders are processed within 24 hours on business days. Carriers include UPS, FedEx and USPS.
Returns: most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit, in original or suitable packaging with all accessories. The brand issues a prepaid return label, but the return shipping cost is deducted from your refund unless the item arrived damaged or defective, in which case you need to send photos or video. Gift cards, personalized items, discounted bundles and anything marked non-returnable cannot be returned. Because these are large, heavy boxes, open and inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
Who it suits / who should skip
It suits homeowners and renters in the lower 48 states who want the look of a fire without a chimney, especially for a TV wall, an unused fireplace or a small bedroom, and who are fine with heat that warms one room. Skip it if you need to heat a large open space, live in Alaska or Hawaii, or would rather buy from a store where you can return a heavy box in person.
