Parts Phoenix: A Buyer's Guide to Its Huge Auto Parts Marketplace

What Parts Phoenix's massive car, truck, motorcycle, ATV and boat parts catalog costs, why we couldn't find a single independent review of it anywhere, its China-warehouse shipping times, a real contradiction in its own return policy, and our exclusive VUHUYNH code — tested at checkout for a clean 10% off.

The short answer

Parts Phoenix's catalog is enormous and our exclusive VUHUYNH code really does cut a clean 10% off at checkout (we tested it ourselves) — but we could not find a single independent review of the company anywhere, its Trustpilot profile has sat at zero reviews since it was claimed in January 2026, and its own site contradicts itself on how long you have to return something.

Best for
Buyers hunting a specific car/truck/motorcycle/ATV/boat replacement part in a huge catalog, who can wait roughly 2-4 weeks for China-origin shipping and don't mind being early customers of a store with no review track record yet
Skip it if
Anyone who needs a part urgently, or who wants to check other buyers' experiences first — there aren't any on Trustpilot or the BBB as of Sep 16, 2026
Price
No single price — a parts marketplace; example item (Hyundai Santa Fe ignition switch) $108.68, checked Sep 16, 2026, $97.82 after our tested VUHUYNH code (10% off, no minimum order on that item)

Pros

  • Huge single catalog spanning cars, trucks, motorcycles, ATVs and boats — genuinely convenient for hard-to-find parts across several vehicle types
  • Free standard shipping on every order, no minimum spend, per Parts Phoenix's own Shipping Policy
  • Our exclusive VUHUYNH code is real and tested: a clean 10% off at checkout, not a placeholder or unconfirmed number
  • Formal Refund Policy allows 90 days to request a return, longer than a typical 30-day window
  • Direct-from-factory pricing model plausibly explains its claim of undercutting local stores and big marketplaces, though we didn't verify prices across the catalog

Cons

  • Zero independent reviews found anywhere: Trustpilot shows 0 reviews and a 0.0 score despite the profile being claimed since January 2026, and there's no BBB listing either
  • Ships from warehouses in China: 5 business days to process plus 7-15 business days transit, so realistically 2-4 weeks door to door
  • Parts Phoenix's own site contradicts itself on returns — About Us claims "180-Day Worry-Free Returns" while the actual Refund Policy page says 90 days from purchase
  • About Us page's marketing copy switches to calling the company "Phoenix Constellation" partway through, suggesting reused template text not fully adapted to this store
  • Returns require a pre-approved RMA number and buyer-paid return shipping unless the error was Parts Phoenix's own

How we put this guide together

We haven't bought or received a part from Parts Phoenix, so this isn't a hands-on review. Everything about the business comes from Parts Phoenix's own site (partsphoenix.com) — its homepage, About Us, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy pages, all read September 16, 2026 — plus Parts Phoenix's own Trustpilot business page, checked directly at trustpilot.com/review/partsphoenix.com the same day, and a general web search for BBB coverage. We did, however, test the coupon itself: we added a real part to the cart, opened Parts Phoenix's hosted checkout, and applied our exclusive code without entering any payment or personal details, to see exactly what it does to the price.

What Parts Phoenix sells

Parts Phoenix is an online marketplace for replacement parts across cars, trucks, motorcycles, ATVs and boats — everything from engine internals, brakes and suspension to lighting, electrical, interior trim and body panels. Its own About Us page says it sources from a network of "over 1,000" automotive parts manufacturers it has evaluated in China, with standing partnerships with "more than 300" factories and trading companies, and describes its inventory as "several million" parts and accessories — its own comparison is that this is "equivalent to visiting more than 3,000 physical auto parts stores." Parts Phoenix's Trustpilot listing states the site is operated by Suzhou Yijingfeng, described there as "a comprehensive cross-border e-commerce company based in Suzhou," China. One oddity worth flagging: partway through its own About Us page, the marketing copy switches to calling itself "Phoenix Constellation" instead of "Parts Phoenix" — it reads like reused template text that wasn't fully edited for this storefront, which is worth knowing going in.

What it costs

There's no single "Parts Phoenix price" — this is a parts catalog, not one product, and cost depends entirely on the part and vehicle. For a concrete example, the item we tested our code against — an ignition switch start button for a 2013–16 Hyundai Santa Fe — was priced at $108.68 (checked Sep 16, 2026). Parts Phoenix's own About Us page claims its prices beat both local parts stores and major online marketplaces, on the logic that it sells direct from manufacturers without brick-and-mortar overhead or big platform commissions — a plausible claim for a direct-from-factory model, but it's Parts Phoenix's own framing, not something we verified across its catalog.

What buyers say

This is the section to read most carefully before ordering. Parts Phoenix's Trustpilot profile shows the business "Claimed" its listing in January 2026, but as of September 16, 2026 it has exactly zero reviews and a 0.0 score — there is no rating to cite at all, positive or negative. We also searched for a Better Business Bureau listing and found none. In practical terms, there is currently no independent source anywhere we could find that documents what it's actually like to order from Parts Phoenix, wait for a China-origin shipment, or go through a return. That's a real gap, not a minor one, for a marketplace selling parts that need to fit a specific vehicle correctly.

How it compares

Trustpilot's own "People also looked at" panel on a major competitor's profile (RockAuto's, checked Sep 16, 2026) surfaces the online auto-parts retailers shoppers compare against each other. None of these listings include Parts Phoenix, since it has no review history yet, but they're useful context for the space it's entering:

Standard shippingFreePaid (reviewers report high shipping costs)———

A high review count isn't automatically reassuring here — RockAuto has by far the most Trustpilot history of the group and one of the worst scores, with 69% of its reviews 1-star and recurring complaints about wrong parts, hard-to-reach customer service and shipping costs. But it does mean there's a large public record to weigh, good or bad, which simply doesn't exist yet for Parts Phoenix.

Shipping and returns

Parts Phoenix says orders are processed within 5 business days, and it offers free standard shipping on every order, with most products shipping from warehouses in China. Estimated delivery to the US is 7–15 business days after that (Alaska, Hawaii and some remote areas add 2–3 more days), so a realistic wait from order to delivery is roughly 2–4 weeks. Multi-item orders may arrive in separate packages from different warehouses. The Shipping Policy page also warns of extra delays during "peak season" (November–January).

Read the return policy before you buy, because Parts Phoenix's own site doesn't agree with itself on it. The formal Refund Policy page states you have 90 days from the purchase date to request a return, and you must get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number first — packages sent back without one may not be refunded at all. But the About Us page, elsewhere on the same site, advertises "180-Day Worry-Free Returns." We can't resolve that contradiction from outside; we're going with the formal Refund Policy's 90-day figure as the binding one, since it's the actual policy document, and flagging the mismatch rather than picking a number that sounds better. Either way: items must be new, unused and in original packaging, you pay return shipping unless the mistake was Parts Phoenix's, and a passed inspection gets you a refund in 7–10 business days.

Who it suits

Parts Phoenix is worth considering if you're hunting a specific replacement part for a car, truck, motorcycle, ATV or boat and want to check one huge catalog instead of several specialty stores, and you can comfortably wait 2–4 weeks for a China-origin shipment. It's harder to recommend if you need a part urgently — a car that's currently undriveable, for instance — or if you'd rather buy from a store with an actual track record of resolved (or unresolved) complaints to check first, since Parts Phoenix currently has none on Trustpilot or the BBB.

Using the code

Parts Phoenix gave AvaCoup a private code, VUHUYNH, and rather than guess at what it does, we tested it ourselves: adding a $108.68 part to the cart and applying the code at Parts Phoenix's hosted checkout knocked exactly $10.86 off — a clean 10%, with no minimum order needed on that item and no account or payment details required to see the discount. We don't have a stated expiration date or any other conditions from Parts Phoenix, so if a future order needs a minimum spend to unlock it, that would be new information — check the total in your own cart before paying.
