How we put this guide together
On October 23, 2026 we went through the Linsoul Audio online store: its front-page best sellers, the product pages and US dollar prices of six popular items, and its shipping, return and warranty pages. We also read the store's Trustpilot page and forum threads where buyers compare Linsoul with other sellers. Nobody on our team has used these products yet, so this is a buyer's guide, not a hands-on review, and we do not give a star rating.
What Linsoul Audio sells
Linsoul is an online audio store best known for in-ear monitors (IEMs), the small wired earphones that sit deeper in the ear than regular earbuds. It distributes many brands, including 7Hz, SIMGOT, Kiwi Ears, TANGZU, Tripowin and THIEAUDIO, and also sells headphones, replacement cables, DACs and amplifiers. Prices run from about $11 for a cable to well over $1,000 for flagship IEMs. The store says it sells authentic products through authorized distribution and offers a one-year warranty on most products (three months on cables and adapters). It also has a "find your sound" quiz for people unsure which tuning to pick.
The six products below are the ones we were asked to cover. Five are IEMs and one is a cable.
The 6 products
1. 7HZ x Crinacle Zero:2
Photo: Linsoul Audio
An updated version of the original 7HZ Zero, again tuned with input from the reviewer Crinacle. It uses a single 10mm dynamic driver, and the store says it keeps the original's balanced tuning while adding about 3dB more bass. Price on October 23, 2026: $24.99 without a mic, $26.99 with a 3.5mm mic and $28.99 with a USB-C mic, in silver, orange, blue or pink. All 12 options were in stock. On the store it had 4.43 stars from 294 reviews. It suits a first-time IEM buyer who wants a safe, balanced sound. Drawback: it is a wired single-driver set, so do not expect the detail of the store's $100+ models.
2. Tripowin Zonie (IEM cable)
Photo: Linsoul Audio
Not an earphone but a replacement cable: 16 silver-plated copper cores, with MMCX, 0.78mm 2-pin or recessed 2-pin/QDC connectors and 2.5mm, 3.5mm or 4.4mm plugs. Price on October 23, 2026: $11.47 to $25.99 depending on color and plug, with a listed compare-at price of $17.99 on some versions. 66 of 85 options were in stock; most 2-meter versions were sold out. Store rating: 4.48 stars from 147 reviews. It suits someone whose IEM cable broke or who needs a balanced 4.4mm plug. Drawback: you must match the connector to your earphones, and the store's return policy excludes cables.
3. 7HZ Salnotes Zero
Photo: Linsoul Audio
The budget IEM that the Zero:2 builds on: a 10mm dynamic driver with a metal composite diaphragm, a plastic shell with a stainless steel faceplate and a detachable 4-core oxygen-free copper cable with 0.78mm 2-pin plugs. Price on October 23, 2026: $20.99 without a mic, $25.99 with a mic (3.5mm or USB-C), in six colors, all in stock. Store rating: 4.52 stars from 210 reviews. It suits a tight budget or a backup pair. Drawback: the shell is mostly plastic, and the newer Zero:2 costs only $4 more.
4. SIMGOT EW300
Photo: Linsoul Audio
The most expensive of the six. Each side has three drivers: a 10mm dynamic driver, a 6mm planar driver and a piezoelectric driver, in a CNC alloy shell, with screw-on nozzles that switch between two tunings. Price on October 23, 2026: $79.99 for the standard edition, $85.99 for the HBB edition and $90.99 for the DSP edition, all in stock. Store rating: 4.24 stars from 112 reviews, the lowest of the six. It suits a listener upgrading from a budget set who likes to experiment with tuning. Drawback: it costs three times as much as the other IEMs here, and the store rating is not higher for it.
5. TANGZU Wan'er S.G
Photo: Linsoul Audio
A 10mm dynamic driver IEM with a PET diaphragm and a dual-cavity design, sold with a detachable 0.78mm 2-pin cable. The store describes the tuning as smooth, full and balanced. Price on October 23, 2026: $19.00 without a mic and $20.00 to $21.00 with a mic. Black and white were in stock; green without a mic and both blue versions were sold out (5 of 8 options available). Store rating: 4.31 stars from 99 reviews. It suits someone who wants the cheapest IEM of the six. Drawback: color choice is limited right now, and the stock cable is basic.
6. Kiwi Ears Cadenza
Photo: Linsoul Audio
A 10mm beryllium-diaphragm dynamic driver in a 3D-printed resin shell, with a detachable 4-core braided copper cable. The store pitches it as balanced with rich mids and detailed treble. Price on October 23, 2026: $34.99 in four colorways (Prelude, Verse, Chorus, Solo), all in stock. Store rating: 4.66 stars from 91 reviews, the highest of the six. It suits a listener who wants a step up in detail without going near $80. Drawback: there is no mic option listed, so it is a weaker pick for calls.

What buyers say
- The store's own product ratings for these six range from 4.24 stars (SIMGOT EW300, 112 reviews) to 4.66 stars (Kiwi Ears Cadenza, 91 reviews), checked October 23, 2026. These are reviews hosted by the store itself.
- On Trustpilot (checked October 23, 2026) Linsoul has a TrustScore of 3.7 out of 5 from 207 reviews: 65% five-star but also 21% one-star. Recent positive reviews mention fast delivery and a faulty ear tip that was replaced quickly once the buyer sent proof. One September 2026 review describes two IEMs that failed after about two weeks and six months, with support replies taking one to three days.
- In forum threads, buyers note that Linsoul also runs a store on Amazon at similar prices, and some prefer Amazon for its return window.
How it compares
- Amazon (Linsoul's own Amazon storefront and other sellers): a similar range at similar prices for many models, and Amazon's return process may be easier for US buyers. The full catalog and the newest releases tend to show up on linsoul.com first.
- HiFiGo: another large online IEM store with an overlapping catalog. Worth comparing prices on the exact model you want.
- Buying direct from linsoul.com suits you if you want the widest choice, the store's quiz and its one-year warranty on most items, and you can wait for standard shipping.
Shipping & returns
For the United States: in-stock orders are shipped within 3 working days. Standard shipping takes about 2 to 3 weeks after dispatch; DHL Express takes about 3 to 7 days and costs extra unless the order is over $269.99. The policy says standard shipping is free for most countries, so check the shipping cost for your address at checkout.
Returns are stricter than at many US retailers. Sealed, non-sale items can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Opened items carry a 35% restocking fee, even if they work. If you do not choose a refund method within 48 hours, the refund is issued as store credit. Customized items, cables, ear tips and cases cannot be returned. Faulty or wrong items are assessed case by case, and the store recommends recording an unboxing video.
Who it suits / who should skip
Linsoul suits buyers who already know roughly which IEM they want, want a wide choice of budget and mid-range models, and are fine waiting a couple of weeks for delivery. Skip it, or buy the same model elsewhere, if you need fast free returns, want to try earphones before committing, or need your order within a few days without paying for express shipping.
