How we put this guide together

On October 14, 2026 we read KuKirin Polska's online store (kukirin-scooter.pl): the G2 Ultra product page, the G2, G2 Pro, G2 Max and G4 Ultra listings, five spare-part pages, and the refund, shipping and terms pages. All prices are in Polish złoty (zł), as the store shows them to shoppers in Poland. We also read Polish news coverage of the 2026 e-scooter rules. Nobody on our team has ridden a KuKirin scooter, so this is a buyer's guide, not a hands-on review, and it has no star rating from us.

Who KuKirin Polska is

KuKirin Polska presents itself as KuKirin's official store in Poland. It ships only within Poland, from local warehouses (the G2 Ultra page names a warehouse in Warsaw), using DHL, DPD, UPS and GLS. The store says import duties are paid when stock arrives at its Polish warehouse, so buyers do not pay customs. Orders above 168 zł ship free; the product page lists a 65 zł delivery fee below that. Its website grew from about 11,300 visits in March 2026 to about 247,000 in September 2026, almost all from Poland (SimilarWeb estimates via TabAPI).

If you live outside Poland, this store will not ship to you.

Read this first: Polish e-scooter rules in 2026

According to Autoblog Spider's Web (October 8, 2026), an electric scooter ridden on Polish public roads must be designed for a top speed of no more than 20 km/h and weigh no more than 30 kg. Since June 3, 2026, riders under 16 must wear a helmet, and riders aged 13 to 18 need a bike card or an AM, A1, B1 or T licence. KuKirin's bigger models list top speeds of 45 to 70 km/h, and the G2 Ultra weighs about 30.4 kg, so check where and how you are allowed to ride before you order. A draft law published on October 7, 2026 would tighten the sales rules further; it was not in force when we checked.

Shipping, warranty and returns

  • Shipping: the policy says orders are processed in 1 to 2 business days and delivered across Poland in 1 to 2 more; the G2 Ultra page says 2 to 4 business days from Warsaw. Bags and locks ship separately and take about 10 business days.
  • Warranty: a limited 12- or 24-month warranty covering the body and battery (24 months costs extra).
  • Returns: damaged, faulty or wrong items must be reported within 7 days. The policy says unopened items can be returned within 7 days, but also says non-quality returns are not accepted. Cancelling before shipping costs a 5% fee, orders cannot be cancelled after shipping, and refused deliveries or non-quality returns are charged 425 zł (130 zł for parts). Online buyers in the EU usually have a 14-day right of withdrawal, and the policy does not mention it, so ask the store before you order.

Bottom line

KuKirin Polska is a convenient place to buy a G2-family scooter or genuine G2 spare parts inside Poland, with no customs and a 12- to 24-month warranty. The catches are a strict, self-contradicting return policy, spare parts that must match your exact version, and top speeds well above what Polish law allows on public roads.
