KissLove Hair: A Buyer's Guide to Its Human Hair Bob, Blonde and Glueless Wigs

How we put this guide together

We haven't bought anything from KissLove Hair, so this isn't a hands-on review and we don't give it a star rating. Everything below comes from KissLove's own site (kisslovehair.com): its product and collection pages, its shipping, refund, terms and contact pages, and the store's public product list. We also read the company's Trustpilot page, checked the domain registration record and Google's Ads Transparency Center, and tested shipping and discounts in the cart without placing an order. All of it was checked on September 30, 2026.

What KissLove Hair sells

KissLove sells wigs and hair made from human hair. On September 30 the store listed 514 products, all showing at least one size in stock. The biggest groups:

Longer lengths and higher densities cost more: the same 13x6 lace frontal wig runs from $185.11 to $610.50 depending on length, and a 360 lace wig from $258.82 to $749.69.

Across the whole store, the typical wig starts at about $130 in its shortest length. Many product names lean on the same selling points: "glueless", "pre-everything" (pre-plucked hairline, pre-bleached knots, pre-cut lace), "beginner friendly" and "wear & go".

Discounts we tested

We tried discounts in the cart on September 30, 2026, without placing an order:

• Automatic 30% off (no code): items tagged "30% Off Hairs" dropped by 30% in the cart. A side part bob went from $141.04 to $98.73, and a two-wig cart from $412.33 to $288.64. On that day the tag was on 9 of the 55 bob wigs and 1 of the 57 blonde wigs, so check the product page before assuming a wig is on sale.
• "Extra 20% Off for New Users": the site banner advertises it, but we didn't find a public code. It's probably sent after you sign up with your email; we didn't test that.
• Crossed-out prices: 335 of the 514 products show a crossed-out "regular" price. We couldn't check whether wigs ever sold at those prices, so judge each wig on its current price.

What buyers say

• Trustpilot: 3.7 out of 5 from 120 reviews, with a split pattern: 57% five-star and 35% one-star. 32 reviews were posted in the past 12 months. The company has claimed its profile since August 2023 and had replied to about half of its negative reviews.
• What reviewers praise: soft, full hair that matches the stated length, lace that blends well, little shedding, and helpful customer service.
• What they complain about: trouble tracking an order, delivery taking around two weeks, and returns. In one September 2026 review, a buyer who paid $137 said they were offered $20 back to keep the wig instead of a full refund, and later a waived price difference in exchange for a 5-star review. KissLove replied that a normal return was available and no review was required.

For context, other wig stores Trustpilot lists alongside KissLove scored higher on the same day: UNice 4.4 (about 10,000 reviews), Nadula 4.1 (about 2,000), Ashimary 4.6 (about 4,000).

Is KissLove Hair legit? What we could and couldn't verify

What checks out:

• It's a real, working store: the product list, cart, shipping rates and automatic discount all worked when we tested them.
• The kisslovehair.com domain was registered in April 2019.
• Its contact page lists an address at World Trade Square, Fanling, Hong Kong, the email server@kisslovehair.com and a WhatsApp/iMessage number with a mainland China (+86) prefix.
• Its Google ads run under a verified advertiser account in the name of a hair-products company in Yuzhou, Henan, China, a region known for wig manufacturing.

What we couldn't verify:

• Who owns the store beyond those details: the terms page only says the site is "operated by KissLove".
• Where a given order ships from: the shipping page says US orders ship from a Virginia warehouse "unless there is no stock", in which case they ship from China.
• The crossed-out "regular" prices.

Shipping and returns

• Shipping: free on orders over $39 (except remote areas). Our $98.73 test cart to New York (ZIP 10001) showed $0 for DHL/UPS/FedEx Express. The shipping page says processing takes 3-5 business days (not counting delivery) and suggests ordering at least two weeks before you need the wig; a product page we checked said "Ship in 24 Hours" and another section said 48 hours, so allow for the longer figure.
• Returns: the refund policy allows returns within 30 days of purchase, but asks you to contact customer service within 10 days. The wig must be unworn and unaltered, in original packaging with tags, and the lace must not be cut. You need a return authorization (RMA) number and you pay return shipping. Hair care products, accessories and special orders can't be returned. Product pages advertise "30 Day No Reason Return & Exchange", which reads more generously than the policy itself, so go by the policy.
• Payment: product pages show PayPal and 4 interest-free payments with Klarna, Afterpay or Sezzle.

Who it suits

KissLove Hair suits shoppers who want a human hair bob, a blonde or highlighted wig, or a glueless "wear and go" style at a mid-range price, and who are happy to inspect the wig carefully before customizing it. It's a weaker fit if you need a wig by a fixed date, or if you want an easy return: contact the store within 10 days, keep the lace uncut until you're sure, and read the 1-star reviews on Trustpilot before ordering.
