How we put this guide together

On October 13, 2026 we read Griffy's Organics' website (griffysorganics.com): its homepage, six product pages, the refund, shipping and terms pages, and the store's on-site reviews. We checked prices and stock for US shoppers in US dollars, added items to a cart to see shipping costs to a California address, and tested a 10% discount code at the cart before emptying it. We also looked for independent reviews. Nobody on our team has tried these products yet, so this is a buyer's guide, not a hands-on review, and it has no star rating from us. Nothing here is medical advice; talk to your doctor before starting a supplement or a juice cleanse.

Who Griffy's Organics is

Griffy's Organics started as a juice shop at 144 Brighton Avenue in Long Branch, New Jersey, opened by Avry and Chris Griffin after they took part in the city's small-business pitch program in 2019 (Patch, NJ 101.5). On October 13, 2026 its website listed six locations in Monmouth County: Long Branch, Asbury Park, Red Bank, Colts Neck, Lincroft and Sea Girt, with Tinton Falls coming soon. In the shops it sells raw cold-pressed juice, smoothies and wellness shots. Online it sells a smaller range that ships across the US: sea moss gel, protein, syrups, juice cleanses and supplements. The brand says it uses organic ingredients where it can, makes products in small batches and never uses HPP (high-pressure processing) on its juices.

The 6 products

1. BLUTITAN (caffeine-free pre-workout)

Griffy's BLUTITAN caffeine-free pre-workoutPhoto: Griffy's Organics

A powdered pre-workout and "performance nootropic" with no caffeine. Griffy's lists L-Citrulline, Agmatine and Phycocyanin (from spirulina) among the ingredients and says the formula supports blood flow and steady energy without a crash. A container holds 30 servings. Price on October 13, 2026: $79.95 for one pack (about $2.66 a serving), $144.95 for two or $210.95 for three, in stock. It suits people who train in the evening or want to cut back on caffeine. Drawback: it is the most expensive item here, and the energy claims are the brand's own; there were no product-specific reviews on the page.

2. Slim Down Cleanse (cold-pressed juice cleanse)

Six cold-pressed juices a day, one every two hours from 8am to 6pm: Pure Celery, Detox Lemonade, Healing Hulk, Blue Dream, Mother Earth and Ginger Lemoncane. The juices are built on celery, kale, watercress, cucumber, lemon, ginger, cane grass and spirulina. Price on October 13, 2026: $50 for 1 day, $150 for 3 days, $240 for 5 days or $330 for 7 days, in stock. The brand asks you to skip coffee, alcohol and processed food during the cleanse. Drawbacks: shipping a cleanse to California cost $19.90 in our cart test, raw juice is perishable, and you only get two days to request a return. Despite the name, there is no evidence here that it causes lasting weight loss.

3. Signature Protein

A plant protein blend of organic sacha inchi, hemp, pumpkin seed and pea protein, sweetened with monk fruit. Each 29 g scoop gives 24 g of protein, and a 2.2 lb tub holds 30 servings. Flavors: organic vanilla or organic chocolate. Price on October 13, 2026: $69.95 for one tub, $129.95 for two or $184.95 for three, in stock. One reviewer on the site says she took the whole tub to Japan to keep up two shakes a day. It suits vegans and people who do not tolerate whey. Drawback: at about $2.33 a serving it costs more than many big-brand plant proteins.

4. Immunity Syrup

A syrup of aronia berry, elderberry, wild blueberry and raw local honey, with no artificial flavors or preservatives. Griffy's says one tablespoon has about 2,500 mg of antioxidants; you can take it by the spoon, stir it into tea or drizzle it on food. Price on October 13, 2026: $36.95, in stock. It suits people who already use elderberry syrup and want one made in small batches. Drawbacks: the page does not state the bottle size, and it contains honey, so it is not vegan and not for children under one year old.

5. Sea Moss Gel

The product most people know Griffy's for. A 16 oz jar of gel made from wild-grown sea moss harvested off St. Vincent, with no fillers or preservatives according to the brand, which also says it carries 92 minerals. Flavors: golden, strawberry, blueberry, mango, pineapple and blue spirulina. Price on October 13, 2026: $34.95 for golden, $39.95 for most fruit flavors and $49.95 for blue spirulina, with 2- and 3-jar packs, in stock. Shipping to California was $4.90 in our cart test. It suits people who add sea moss to smoothies every day. Drawbacks: it needs to stay cold, returns close two days after delivery, and sea moss is high in iodine, so people with thyroid conditions should check with a doctor first.

6. Griffy's Lion's Mane Tincture

A liquid extract of organic lion's mane mushroom grown by Two River Mushrooms in Millstone, New Jersey. Each serving is two full droppers (2 mL) with 1,000 mg of lion's mane, and a bottle holds 30 servings. Griffy's says it uses only the fruiting body (no mycelium or grain fillers), extracts it with hot water and alcohol, tests for at least 25% beta-glucans and has it third-party tested, with a certificate of analysis linked on the page. Price on October 13, 2026: $37.95 for one bottle, $69.95 for two or $94.95 for three, in stock, or $34.16 a bottle on a subscription. The page shows 5 reviews, all 5 stars, praising the simple routine and the local sourcing. It suits people who want a mushroom supplement from a source they can trace. Drawbacks: the focus and clarity claims are the brand's own, and because it is an alcohol extract it may not suit people who avoid alcohol; check the label. The page offers a 30-day money-back guarantee, which does not match the two-day window in the store's refund policy, so confirm with the store before relying on it.

What it costs

Sea Moss Gel, 16 oz$34.95 to $49.95
Immunity Syrup$36.95
Lion's Mane Tincture, 30 servings$37.95

Shipping costs show at checkout. In our cart test to a California ZIP code on October 13, 2026, a jar of sea moss or a tub of protein shipped for $4.90 and a 1-day cleanse for $19.90. The store's shipping policy page was empty, so we could not confirm delivery times. A code we tested took 10% off the whole cart.

What buyers say

  • On Griffy's own site (read October 13, 2026): a store-wide widget shows 50 reviews, 92% of them 5 stars; the Lion's Mane Tincture page shows 5 reviews, all 5 stars. Reviewers praise the convenience and the local sourcing. These reviews sit on the brand's own site, so we could not verify them.
  • Independent: the Long Branch shop's Uber Eats listing shows 4.8 stars from 56 ratings. That reflects drinks bought in the shop, not the packaged products shipped online. We did not find independent reviews of the sea moss, protein or cleanses.

How it compares

  • Big sea moss brands on large marketplaces: often cheaper per ounce and faster to arrive, but usually shelf-stable rather than made fresh in small batches.
  • Mainstream plant proteins: most cost less per serving; Griffy's stands out for its short ingredient list and monk fruit sweetener.
  • A local juice bar: if you live near one, a fresh cleanse picked up in person avoids the $19.90 shipping and the cold-chain risk.

Shipping & returns

Griffy's ships selected juices, cleanses, sea moss gels and supplements within the US; costs appear at checkout, and its shipping policy page was blank when we checked. Returns are tight: you have two days after delivery to request one because the products are raw, perishable items such as juices, sea moss and wellness shots cannot be returned after two days, and sale items and gift cards cannot be returned at all. The Lion's Mane page separately advertises a 30-day money-back guarantee, so ask the store which rule applies before you buy. Inspect your order as soon as it arrives and keep it cold. Contact the store at hello@griffysorganics.com. When we read the refund policy it still had template text where the return address should be.

Who it suits / who should skip

Griffy's suits people who want small-batch sea moss gel or a clean plant protein, and New Jersey regulars who want to keep their routine at home. Skip it if you want the lowest price per serving, if you live far away and are ordering perishable juice cleanses, or if you want generous return windows.
