How we put this guide together

We haven't bought or used anything from Glamour Boutique, so this isn't a hands-on review. Everything below comes from the brand's own site (theglamourboutiques.com): its homepage FAQ, About page, refund, shipping and terms pages, and the product data for all 92 items it lists. We also ran a US Google search for the brand. All of it was checked on September 28–29, 2026. There is no Glamour Boutique discount code on this page because we don't have one to offer.

What Glamour Boutique sells

Glamour Boutique sells preserved roses: real roses that are cut at peak bloom and put through a preservation process so they keep their look without water. The brand says they last 1 to 3 years, depending on humidity, temperature and light. It does not promise "forever", even though some product names use that word.

The roses come arranged in gift packaging:

  • Heart boxes (black or white) with 7, 16 or 27 roses
  • Round black-and-gold boxes with 7 or 12 roses
  • Velvet boxes (black or white) with 12 roses
  • Glass domes: a single preserved rose under glass with a small light, in a gift box with a ribbon

Colours on the in-stock items include red, pink, white, purple, yellow and blue. One product description gives each rose as about 1.5 to 2 inches across, a round box as roughly 9 × 8 × 8 inches and a heart box as roughly 10 × 10 × 7 inches. The brand also says it takes custom orders by email, with extra lead time.

The shop is registered to an address in Sunrise, Florida, and its terms are governed by Florida law. Customer service is by email only (support@theglamourboutiques.com). We didn't find a phone number.

What buyers say

Independent feedback is limited:

  • Google Shopping showed 4.4 out of 5 from 33 ratings for the 16-rose heart box (Sep 28, 2026). Google combines ratings from several sellers, so treat this as a rough signal.
  • Walmart: the brand's Walmart listings we saw had only a handful of ratings each (3 and 4), which is too few to mean much.
  • Amazon: Glamour Boutique sells the same kinds of boxes on Amazon. Its Amazon India storefront showed a 4.3 store rating from 821 ratings. We did not check the US listing's rating.
  • Trustpilot: we couldn't load the page when we checked, so we can't report a score.
  • The five-star quotes on the brand's own homepage are signed with a first name and a city. We have no way to verify them, so we haven't counted them.

Preserved, fresh or artificial?

Here's how the three usually compare, based on how each one works (not on our own testing):

Preserved roses (like Glamour Boutique's)Fresh rosesArtificial roses
Real flower?YesYesNo
How long it looks good1–3 years, by the brand's own estimateUsually days to about a weekYears, but it never looked real to begin with
CareNo water. Keep dry, cool and out of direct sunWater, trimmingDusting
ScentThe brand lists its roses as non-scentedYesNo
Can you order it for tomorrow? No: 3–9 business days (see below)Often yes, from a local floristDepends on the seller

The trade-off is simple. Preserved roses cost more than a bunch of fresh roses and they have no scent. In return, the gift stays on a shelf for a year or more, not a week.

Shipping, timing and returns

  • Shipping: free on all orders. The brand says it processes orders within 24–48 business hours and delivery usually takes 3–9 business days. It uses USPS, UPS, FedEx and DHL eCommerce, and it says it doesn't guarantee delivery dates.
  • Order early for a date that matters. With processing plus up to 9 business days in transit, we'd allow about two weeks before an anniversary, Valentine's Day or Christmas (that's our own estimate from the brand's numbers).
  • Returns: within 14 days of delivery, for items that are unused, in original condition and in the original packaging. You pay the return shipping. Customised items, gift cards and final-sale items can't be returned. There are no direct exchanges: you return the item first, then place a new order.
  • Damaged or wrong item: email within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. Depending on the case, the brand may offer a replacement, store credit or a refund.
  • Bought on Amazon or Walmart? Those orders follow the marketplace's return policy, not the brand's.
  • Refund timing: 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
  • Payment: Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, Apple Pay, PayPal and Venmo.

Who it suits

Glamour Boutique is a good fit if you want a romantic or thank-you gift that stays on display for more than a week, like an anniversary, a birthday, Mother's Day or a long-distance "thinking of you", and you can order at least two weeks ahead. It's a weaker fit if you need flowers delivered tomorrow, if scent matters to you, if you want a big body of independent reviews before you buy, or if you'd rather have a return policy where the shop covers return postage.
