Happy buyers say the products are genuine and hard to find in the US. Unhappy buyers describe long waits, parcels with little tracking movement, slow or generic customer service replies, and surprise import charges. Shipping & returns
For the United States and Canada: orders are prepared at the store's warehouse in Belgium within 48 to 72 business hours and you get a tracking number by email. Standard delivery is listed as 5 to 12 business days and express as 2 to 4 business days, not counting customs clearance. Orders outside the EU ship Delivery Duty Unpaid unless checkout says otherwise, so import duties, taxes and carrier fees may be collected when the parcel arrives. If you refuse to pay duties, the store says it cannot refund the order. A standard parcel outside the EU counts as lost two months after the latest estimated date.
Returns: unused, unopened items in original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery after you email the store for instructions. You pay return shipping to Belgium unless the store made a mistake. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after inspection. Opened items cannot be returned, and allergic reactions are not covered.
