How we put this guide together
On October 18, 2026 we read Femme Nativa's own store (shop.rachaelattard.com): the home page, the six program pages covered below, the full product list with prices, and the refund policy. We also tested the AvaCoup code at checkout and searched for independent reviews. Nobody on our team has followed these programs, so this is a buyer's guide, not a hands-on review, and it carries no star rating from us.
What Femme Nativa sells
Femme Nativa is the workout brand of personal trainer Rachael Attard. It sells digital workout programs for women, not equipment or supplements. Each main program is eight weeks of follow-along videos, usually four workouts a week of 30 minutes or less, delivered in the Femme Nativa app on iPhone and Android or through a web login. The pitch is "lean and toned, not bulky": low-impact strength and Pilates work with light dumbbells, ankle weights, a resistance band and gliding discs. The store says every workout can also be done without equipment, at home or in a gym.
On October 18, 2026 the store listed single programs at $119 (most shown against a $179 crossed-out price), two-program bundles at $199, short challenges from $24.99, and a VIP membership at $24.99 a month that unlocks the whole app.
The 6 products
1. Beginner Pilates Program
Photo: Femme Nativa by Rachael Attard
A full-body Pilates plan written and led by trainer Narelle Hobbs, aimed at beginners and postpartum women, with a focus on core, pelvic floor, posture and balance. Everything is low impact with no HIIT, in a small space. The plan runs eight weeks with four workouts a week of 30 minutes or less, and comes with a step-by-step guide and a cardio guide in PDF and audio. Price on October 18, 2026: $119, shown against $179. Drawback: the listing says "16 videos in total", fewer than four workouts a week for eight weeks would suggest, so expect repeats.
2. Full Body Fat Loss Program
Photo: Femme Nativa by Rachael Attard
Rachael's best-known full-body plan, filmed with trainers Jennie and Nina: 32 different workout classes over eight weeks, four a week, 30 minutes or less, using ankle weights, dumbbells, bands, gliding discs and a Pilates ball (a pillow or rolled towel works). Price: $119, shown against $179. Drawback: the brand itself rates it intermediate to advanced and tells beginners to start with an easier program first.
3. Full Body Fat Loss 2 Program
Photo: Femme Nativa by Rachael Attard
The sequel, on the store since December 2025: 32 new classes over eight weeks with the same trainers, same four-workouts-a-week rhythm and the same two guides. Price: $119, with no markdown on October 18, 2026. Drawback: it is meant for people who have finished the first program, so it is the wrong place to start.
4. Workout Challenges
Photo: Femme Nativa by Rachael Attard
Short, cheaper entry points: 14 challenges of five to seven days (flat tummy, booty, arms, thighs, Pilates and more) at $24.99 each, plus a 21-Day Workout Challenge of 10 to 15 minute sessions at $74.99. The five-day challenges are low impact, knee-friendly and need little or no equipment. Drawback: the five-day challenges come with 12 months of access, not lifetime access like the full programs.
5. Booty Boost 2 Program
Photo: Femme Nativa by Rachael Attard
An eight-week glute, leg and core program by Pilates instructor Jennie Soderlind, low impact with no HIIT and workouts of up to 30 minutes, plus a structured workout and cardio plan. It follows Booty Boost 1, but the brand says intermediate and advanced users can start here. Price: $119, shown against $179. Drawback: it is narrow by design, so it is not a full-body plan.
6. Glutes, Abs and Legs Program
Photo: Femme Nativa by Rachael Attard
An eight-week video program created by Rachael Attard and led by trainers Sally, Jenny and Dijana, aimed at the thighs, hips, glutes and midsection. Price: $119, shown against $179. Drawback: the product page explains who it is for but says less than the other listings about workout length and equipment.

With the AvaCoup code the Beginner Pilates Program came to $107.10 at checkout. Do the math before buying two programs: the VIP membership costs $24.99 a month for the full library, so it beats a single $119 program if you only need a few months.
What buyers say
The store shows 233 customer reviews and many before-and-after photos, all chosen by the brand. Recent reviews praise workouts that are "challenging but achievable" and low impact, including from women in their 40s, 50s and 60s.

Those are the brand's own picks, and results vary with diet, starting point and consistency. When we searched on October 18, 2026 we found no independent reviews on Trustpilot or Reddit, so there is no outside check on the store's ratings.
How it compares
- Free videos: many trainers post free workouts on social media. They cost nothing, but there is no eight-week schedule or progression.
- Subscription fitness apps (for example Sweat or Alo Moves): bigger libraries and live updates for a monthly fee, but not built around the "toned, not bulky" approach.
- Femme Nativa VIP membership: the brand's own subscription at $24.99 a month gives every program and challenge in the app, which can work out cheaper than buying programs one by one.
Delivery & refunds
Everything is digital: you get access in the Femme Nativa app on iPhone and Android, or through the website login on a computer. Nothing ships. Refunds are where the store is unclear. The home page FAQ promises a full refund within 30 days, but the refund policy page says requests must be made within 7 days and that items bought during a sale are not refundable. With most programs shown against a crossed-out price, assume you may not get your money back, and ask hello@femmenativa.com before you buy if that matters.
Who it suits / who should skip
It suits women who want structured, low-impact home workouts with light equipment, who like a set plan of four short sessions a week, and who want a beginner-friendly start (Beginner Pilates or a $24.99 challenge). Skip it if you want heavy strength training, independent proof before you pay, or a clear refund promise. If you are pregnant, recovering from injury or have a health condition, check with your doctor first.
