How we put this guide together
We haven't bought or received anything from Dreamroo, so this isn't a hands-on review. Everything about the business comes from Dreamroo's own site (dreamroo.com) — its homepage, Our Story, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy pages, all read September 16, 2026 — plus a direct check of Dreamroo's Trustpilot page, a search for independent review coverage, and the reviews already sitting in Dreamroo's own on-site widget. We did test the coupon itself: we added real items to the cart, opened Dreamroo's hosted checkout, and applied our exclusive code without entering any payment or personal details, to see exactly what it does to the price.
What Dreamroo sells
Dreamroo makes platinum-cured silicone products built around one idea: replacing plastic in the kitchen and at mealtime. The catalog runs from bento boxes and lunch kits to food storage containers, baby and toddler feeding gear (suction bowls, bibs, divided plates, starter utensils) and a few kitchen accessories like an over-the-sink colander and a sink splash guard. Dreamroo was founded by Isabel, who the brand describes as a mom of three, a veteran and an engineer; the company markets itself as a proud woman- and veteran-owned small business. Everything is framed around one material — food-grade, BPA- and phthalate-free silicone rated heat-safe to roughly 400°F — used across the whole product line instead of plastic, glass or steel.
What it costs
Dreamroo's catalog runs about 40 items, from $5 (a small personalization add-on) up to $90 (a 9-piece food storage set), with most individual items landing between $10 and $60. The item we tested our code against, The Classic Bento Box in the Divided Lid style, is $25 (a Non-Divided Lid version of the same box is $20). Several bundles carry an everyday markdown against a listed "regular price" — for example the 9-Piece Everyday Food Storage Set lists at $120 with a $85 selling price — though the specific bento box we bought for testing had no separate markdown at the time we checked.
What buyers say
Dreamroo has no Trustpilot profile at all — trustpilot.com/review/dreamroo.com returns a plain 404, checked directly on September 16, 2026. That sounds like a red flag on its own, but it turns out not to be unusual for this specific product category: Stasher, the reusable-silicone-bag brand that's Dreamroo's closest direct competitor, has an Trustpilot profile that's still unclaimed and carries exactly one review (3.7/5); Bentgo, a much bigger and longer-running bento/lunch-box brand, has a claimed Trustpilot profile (since December 2024) but only 16 reviews at 2.5/5, rated "Poor" (both checked directly the same day). Independent third-party review coverage for this whole niche is thin across the board, not just for Dreamroo. What Dreamroo does have is a genuine Judge.me review widget on its own product pages — we confirmed "Judge.me Core" is actually embedded in the page's own code, so it isn't a borrowed or fake badge — showing real per-product counts, including 70 reviews on the Classic Bento Box we tested. We also found one independent review on Thingtesting (a community product-review site), rating the bento boxes 4 out of 5 and calling them "cute, practical" and "shatterproof." Treat the Judge.me numbers as real but self-hosted evidence, not an independently verified score.
How it compares
| Dreamroo | Stasher (reusable silicone bags) | Bentgo (bento/lunch boxes) | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Trustpilot | No profile found (404) | Unclaimed, 3.7/5 (1 review) | Claimed Dec 2024, 2.5/5 "Poor" (16 reviews) |
| On-site reviews | Judge.me widget, real installs (e.g. 70 on Classic Bento Box) | — | — |
| Founded on | Silicone replacing plastic across kitchen + feeding | Silicone bags replacing single-use plastic | Insulated lunch bags/boxes, broader material mix |
The takeaway isn't that Dreamroo is uniquely unproven — it's that independent, large-sample review data barely exists yet for reusable silicone kitchenware as a category, including for names bigger than Dreamroo.
Shipping and returns
Dreamroo processes orders within 1–3 business days and quotes 3–7 business days for standard shipping (2–3 days for upgraded shipping), with delivery times depending on USPS/UPS and the season. Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date, but only for items that are unused, unopened and undisturbed — Dreamroo doesn't provide return labels, so the customer pays return shipping. If something arrives damaged, Dreamroo asks to be contacted within 7 days of delivery. Once a return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval. We found no contradictions between Dreamroo's Shipping Policy and Refund Policy pages.
Who it suits
Dreamroo is worth a look if you want to move a family's kitchen and lunch routine off single-use plastic and like the idea of one material — silicone — covering bento boxes, food storage and baby feeding gear together. It suits buyers who are comfortable relying mostly on Dreamroo's own on-site reviews rather than an independent score, since there's currently no Trustpilot history to check (for Dreamroo or, as it turns out, for most of its direct competitors either). It's a harder call if you specifically want silicone-safety or durability claims backed by a large independent review base before buying — that record simply doesn't exist yet for this category.
Using the code
Dreamroo gave AvaCoup a private code, VUHUYNH, and rather than guess at what it does, we tested it ourselves: adding two Classic Bento Boxes ($25 each, $50 total) to the cart and applying the code at Dreamroo's hosted checkout knocked exactly $7.50 off — a clean 15%, with no minimum order needed at that total and no account or payment details required to see the discount. Worth knowing before you get excited about "exclusive": Dreamroo's own site already offers 15% off a first order to anyone who signs up for its email list, so our code matches that rate rather than beating it. It's still a real, working, no-signup-required 15% off storewide. We don't have a stated expiration date or any other conditions from Dreamroo, so check your own cart total before paying.
