How we put this guide together
We haven't bought anything from Delilah Home, so this isn't a hands-on review and we don't give it a star rating. Everything below comes from Delilah Home's own site (delilahhome.com): its product pages, About Us and Certifications pages, its shipping, refund and terms pages, and the store's public product list. We also read the company's Trustpilot page, checked the domain registration record and Google's Ads Transparency Center, looked up shipping rates and discounts in the cart without placing an order, and compared prices with one other organic bedding brand. All of it was checked on September 30, 2026.
What Delilah Home sells
Delilah Home is a small home-textile brand from Weddington, North Carolina, run by its founder, Michael Twer. The company says it's named after a golden retriever puppy that survived 62 days alone in the North Carolina mountains. Its site lists 12 products, most of them sold in several sizes and colors:
| Product | Price (Sep 30, 2026) |
|---|---|
| 100% Organic Cotton Bath Towels Collection | $24.99 (2 face towels) to $129.99 (6-piece set) |
| Bulk Organic Cotton Bath Towel Bundles | $229.99 (12 towels), $449.99 (24 towels) |
| Organic Cotton Bed Sheet Collection | $199.99-$229.99 per sheet set; pillowcases from $39.99 |
| Organic Hemp Bed Sheet Collection (final sale) | $249.99-$399.99 per sheet set |
| 100% Organic Cotton Algarve Throw Blanket | $99.99 |
| 100% Organic Cotton Kitchen Towels | $49.99 |
| 100% Organic Cotton Sunset Beach Towel (36 x 70 in) | $49.99 |
| Drytek Dog Bath Towel (extra large) | $39.99 |
| Drytek Dog Towel Bundle (4 pack) | $99.99 |
| Drytek Quick Dry Towels (closeout) | $19.99-$34.99 |
Two older lines, organic cotton and hemp face masks, are on closeout at $9.99-$12.99.
What the materials are
The company says its cotton and hemp products are certified organic, vegan-friendly and made in factories in Portugal; the bath towel page describes long-staple Turkish organic cotton and says it goes into "GOTS inventory". GOTS (the Global Organic Textile Standard) is a well-known organic textile certification, and the site has a Certifications page describing it, but we didn't find a certificate or license number on the site, so we couldn't confirm which products are covered.
The Drytek line is different: the company describes it as a performance fabric made from recycled plastic bottles, not organic cotton.
What it costs
Delilah Home sits at the premium end. A few examples from September 30, 2026:
- A queen organic cotton sheet set costs $219.99; a king set is $229.99.
- A 6-piece organic cotton bath towel set costs $129.99.
- A king hemp sheet set costs $399.99 (the queen hemp set was sold out).
Every product shows a crossed-out "regular" price next to the current one (for example $64.99 next to $95 for two bath towels, or $219.99 next to $280 for a queen sheet set). We couldn't check whether products ever sold at those higher prices, so judge each item on its current price.
Discounts we tested
We tried the discounts in the cart on September 30, 2026, without placing an order:
- The "10OFF" code shown in the site's banner didn't apply in any of the four carts we tried (a $24.99 towel pair, the $99.99 throw, the $229.99 towel bundle and a $199.99 sheet set). It may only work at checkout for new customers; we didn't go that far.
- Bath towel multi-buy discount (no code needed): on the bath towel collection, 2 or more items took 10% off automatically, and 4 or more took 15% off (five face-towel pairs: $18.70 off $124.95).
So if you're buying towels, adding a fourth item is the easiest saving we found.
What buyers say
- Trustpilot: 4.5 out of 5 from 384 reviews (89% five-star, 1% one-star). The company has claimed its profile since November 2019, invites customers to review, and had replied to every negative review. Only 11 reviews were posted in the last 12 months, so most of the record is a few years old.
- On Delilah Home's own site: the bath towel collection shows 4.9 out of 5 from 490 reviews.
What reviewers praise: how soft the hemp sheets and cotton towels feel, gift-worthy packaging, and quick, personal replies from the owner.
What they complain about: a sheet set that looked thinner than expected, washing instructions that weren't clear, a buyer who expected more kitchen towels for the price, and the return rule: one reviewer kept towels they weren't sure about because they'd already opened the package.
Is Delilah Home legit? What we could and couldn't verify
What checks out:
- It's a US company: Delilah Home, LLC, with a street address in Weddington, North Carolina, two phone numbers (704-287-1805 and 877-470-7584) and a customer-service email (cs@delilahhome.com).
- The delilahhome.com domain was registered in June 2019.
- Its products are listed at Target, Macy's and Amazon, and the company names Bloomingdale's and Perigold as retail partners too.
- It runs Google ads under a verified advertiser account in the founder's name.
- The cart, shipping rates and multi-buy discount all worked when we tested them.
What we couldn't verify:
- Organic certification details: no certificate or license number on the site.
- The crossed-out "regular" prices.
- Recent review volume: 11 Trustpilot reviews in the past year is a small sample.
How it compares
We compared prices with Coyuchi, another organic bedding and towel brand, on September 30, 2026:
| Delilah Home | Coyuchi | |
|---|---|---|
| 6-piece organic cotton towel set | $129.99 | $148 (Air Weight set, most colors) |
| Organic cotton sheet set | $199.99-$229.99 (Twin XL to King) | $168-$248 (Crinkled Percale, by size) |
On price, the two are close: Delilah Home's towel set is a little cheaper, and sheet sets overlap. We didn't compare weave, weight or feel. Coyuchi's range is much larger (percale, sateen and flannel sheets, plus a "Renewed" secondhand line); Delilah Home is the one to look at if you specifically want hemp sheets or dog towels from the same shop.
Delilah Home products are also sold at Target, Macy's and Amazon. We didn't compare prices there, but those stores have their own return windows (Target showed 90 days in Google's results, Macy's 30 days), which may be more forgiving than Delilah Home's own policy below.
Shipping and returns
- Shipping: Standard shipping was $7.99 on a $24.99 cart and free on carts of $99.99 and up (site banner: free shipping on US orders over $100). Expedited (2-3 days) was $40 and Two Day Express $50. The shipping page says orders are processed in 1-3 days and delivered in 1-5 business days.
- Returns: within 30 days of the order date (not delivery), and only for unopened, unused items in factory packaging. You pay return shipping unless the item is defective or was sent in error, and you need to email for a return authorization (RMA) first.
- Final sale: the hemp sheet collection and the closeout face masks are marked "All Sales Final", and the Drytek quick-dry towels are closeout stock.
- Warranty: a 30-day limited warranty against defects, with replacement or a pro-rated refund at the company's choice.
- Payment: the refund page lists Visa, Mastercard and American Express; the store also offers Shop Pay Installments.
Who it suits
Delilah Home is a good fit if you want organic cotton towels or hemp sheets from a small US brand with a long, mostly positive review record, and you're happy to decide from photos and descriptions. It's a weaker fit if you want to touch the fabric before committing: once the package is open you can't return it, and the hemp sheets can't be returned at all. If that worries you, buying through a large retailer with a longer return window, or starting with a lower-cost item like a pair of face towels, keeps the risk small.
