How we put this guide together
We haven't bought or used anything from COLAMY, so this isn't a hands-on review. Everything below comes from the brand's own site (colamyhome.com): its product pages, the data for all 55 products it lists, and its return, shipping, warranty and payment pages. We also read two independent reviews of the ATLAS chair (BTOD and Sleek Setups), the brand's Trustpilot page and a US trade-commission notice. All of it was checked on September 29, 2026. There is no COLAMY discount code on this page because we don't have one to offer.
Who COLAMY is
COLAMY Home sells modern furniture online in the US. The site lists Aurora Maison INC in Arvada, Colorado as the business behind it, with a phone line (+1 888-886-1743, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm Pacific) and the email hello@colamyhome.com. Returns go to a COLAMY Inc warehouse in Fontana, California. The brand also sells on Amazon, Walmart and Wayfair, and runs separate sites for the EU, UK and Canada.
When we checked, 52 of the 55 products on the site were in stock.
The ATLAS office chair
The ATLAS is the product most people search for: in US Google data, searches for "colamy atlas" outnumber searches for the brand name alone about three to one.
What the product page lists:
- Mesh back and a high-resilience foam seat on an aluminium alloy base
- Adjustable lumbar support
- Headrest that rotates 30° and moves up or down 3 inches
- 4D armrests
- Seat depth adjustment of 2 inches and seat height adjustment of 4.3 inches
- Backrest tilt lock at 107°, 115°, 123° and 132°
- A 3-year warranty on the product page
- Certifications the brand lists: BIFMA, OEKO-TEX Standard 100 and GREENGUARD. The page doesn't show certificate numbers, so we couldn't check them.
Price on colamyhome.com: $299.99 (dark grey or light grey, both in stock on Sep 29, 2026). Two independent reviews quoted about $279–280, and a deal site once listed it at $249.99 on Amazon. If price is what matters most, compare before you buy.
What independent reviewers say
- BTOD (an office-furniture retailer; review by its vice president, May 2026) called the ATLAS its top pick under $300. It praised the build quality, the wide seat-height range and a seat-depth adjustment it compared to a $1,500 chair. It also noted three drawbacks: the arm-depth adjustment stops working well when you recline, the mesh can snag clothing, and the slanted cushion edges reduce the usable seat.
- Sleek Setups (updated September 2026) rated it 4.7 out of 5 and wrote that the reviewer would prefer it over many $500 chairs. The downsides it listed: firm, "pokey" lumbar support, hard armrest pads, armrests that sit too far forward when reclining, a seat that narrows at the sides, and coarse mesh. It also said the warranty had been cut from three years to one year. That doesn't match the 3-year warranty on COLAMY's own product page today, so check the warranty on your order confirmation.

About the crossed-out prices. Some items show a much higher "regular" price next to the sale price. For example, the LumiDesk showed $999.99 crossed out next to $299. We had no way to check whether anyone ever paid those higher prices, so we've only listed what you'd pay today.
The homepage also advertised "Buy More, Save More: up to 25% off", and the ATLAS page showed 8%, 12% and 15% tiers. We didn't test these at checkout.
Shipping, returns and warranty
- Shipping: free to the 48 contiguous US states (not Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico or Guam, and no PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses). Standard items go by FedEx in 5–7 business days. Oversized items like sofas go by truck in 2–4 weeks. The brand says orders ship from warehouses in California, Texas and New Jersey.
- Shipping Protection: the policy page says a third-party shipping protection fee (Xcotton) is "automatically selected" and added to the order total. We didn't reach checkout, so we don't know the amount. Look for it in your cart before you pay.
- Returns: within 30 days of delivery. Change-of-mind returns must be unused, unassembled and in the original COLAMY packaging. For US orders the brand says it covers return shipping with a prepaid label; contact support first. Exceptions: clearance items (unless faulty), final-sale items, and items over 200 lb (only if defective or damaged).
- Damage or wrong items: report within 7 days of delivery, with photos and the batch number from the carton.
- Warranty: the ATLAS page says 3 years. The separate warranty page says both "for the life of the product" and "3-Year", so we'd go by the 3-year figure.
- Payment: PayPal, credit card and Afterpay.
What buyers say about the store
- Trustpilot (colamyhome.com): 4.0 out of 5, but from only 6 reviews. Recent ones mention fast delivery; one says the return process was hard, and one from 2024 says a chair never arrived. The EU and UK sites score 3.0 (18 reviews) and 3.1 (2 reviews).
- The homepage claims "10K+ 5 Stars Reviews". The ATLAS page itself showed 55 reviews. We couldn't match the 10K figure to any source.
One more thing: a patent case
On September 23, 2026 the US International Trade Commission opened an investigation (337-TA-1524) into powered recliner mechanisms. Colamy, Inc. and Aurora Maison, Inc. are among the named respondents. Nothing has been decided. It concerns power-reclining seating only, not the office chairs or dining furniture in this guide.
Who it suits
COLAMY is a good fit if you want a well-reviewed, very adjustable mesh office chair for under $300, or modern dining chairs and stools shipped free within the lower 48 states, and you're happy to keep the box in case you return it. It's a weaker fit if you want soft, padded lumbar support, need delivery to Hawaii or Alaska, want lots of store-level reviews before you buy, or want the lowest possible price on the ATLAS without comparing retailers.
