How we put this guide together
On October 15, 2026 we read CloudPaws' website (cloudpaws.com): the homepage, the Our Story page, six product pages, the refund policy and the terms of service. We checked US prices and stock in US dollars, and tested shipping to the United States in the store's cart. We also read the brand's Trustpilot page. Nobody on our team has used these products, so this is a buyer's guide, not a hands-on review, and it carries no star rating from us.
What CloudPaws sells
CloudPaws is a young Australian pet brand based in Fortitude Valley, Queensland. Its Our Story page names Kessin Guilfoyle as the founder. The range is built around older, larger and stiff-jointed dogs: an orthopedic dog bed, cushioned dog stairs, a bolstered car seat, a powdered supplement and a cleaning mitt. The store lists prices in Australian dollars, but US visitors are shown prices in US dollars, which we quote below. Orders to the US ship from overseas with tracking.
The 6 products
1. The Solace Cloud
Photo: CloudPaws
The brand's orthopedic dog bed. CloudPaws describes six layers, including a high-density 25D orthopedic foam layer, a TPU-coated waterproof inner sleeve and a removable bouclé-style velvet cover you can machine wash. Sizes: Small (about 76 x 51 x 15 cm, 30 x 20 x 6 in), Medium and Large (about 112 x 81 x 19 cm, 44 x 32 x 7.5 in). US price on October 15, 2026: $119.83 for Small and $148.03 for Large; Medium was out of stock for US shoppers. Suits: senior dogs and dogs with sore joints that need a thicker, firmer bed, and homes with accidents to clean up. Drawback: the Small is only about 15 cm (6 in) deep, so check the size chart against your dog before ordering.
2. Injury Prevention Comfort Stairs
Photo: CloudPaws
Foam dog stairs with a curved, low-rise profile: the brand gives the incline as 17 degrees. A memory foam core cushions each step, a rubber base stops sliding on hardwood or tile, the cover unzips for washing, and the stairs are rated for dogs up to 60 kg (about 132 lb). On October 15, 2026, only the smallest size (about 15.7 x 15.7 x 12.2 in) in the Cumulus colour was in stock for US shoppers, at $119.83. Suits: small to medium dogs that can no longer jump onto a sofa. Drawback: the in-stock size is short, so it will not reach a tall bed, and one Trustpilot reviewer said the stairs left marks on a leather couch.
3. Barkin Well Dog Longevity Supplement
Photo: CloudPaws
A scoop-dosed powder you mix into your dog's food. The product page lists collagen type II (1.35 g), organic beef liver (300 mg), taurine (200 mg) and NMN (150 mg), and calls it Australian made from human-grade ingredients. The feeding guide runs from one scoop a day for dogs under 10 kg to three or four scoops for dogs over 25 kg. US price on October 15, 2026: $42.29, with a subscribe option every 30 or 60 days. Suits: owners who already give their senior dog a joint or wellness supplement and want to try another. Drawback: the page does not state the container size, the number of servings or a full ingredient list, and the health benefits are the brand's claims, so talk to your vet first.
4. CloudPaws Dog Hair Remover
Photo: CloudPaws
A mesh cleaning mitt sold as a companion to the bed and stairs. You slip it on and wipe fur and dirt off suede, fabric, velvet and upholstery. US price on October 15, 2026: $10.57, in stock. Suits: anyone buying the bed or stairs who wants an easy way to keep the covers clean. Drawback: it is a simple mitt, and the shipping fee to the US is about the same as its price, so it only makes sense added to a bigger order.
5. The Co-Pilot
Photo: CloudPaws
A bolstered booster seat for the car. It anchors to the headrest, has an internal clip that attaches to your dog's harness (not the collar), padded walls, a storage pocket, carry handles and a textured non-slip base. Small fits dogs up to about 8 kg (17.6 lb); Large fits dogs up to about 15 kg (33 lb). US price on October 15, 2026: $98.68 for the Small in the Safari faux-leather finish, listed as in stock. Suits: small dogs that slide around or get anxious on the back seat. Drawback: CloudPaws itself says the seat is a comfort and restraint aid, not a crash-tested safety device, and two Trustpilot reviewers said the seat they received was not as advertised.
6. Comfort Stairs: sizes and colours
Photo: CloudPaws
The Comfort Stairs page lists several heights, up to a five-step model of about 80 x 48 x 58 cm (31.5 x 19 x 23 in), in three colours: Cumulus, Slate and Oatmeal. For US shoppers on October 15, 2026, every option except the smallest Cumulus set was out of stock, so the taller versions for high beds were not available. Suits: owners who can wait for the taller sizes to return, or whose sofa seat is low. Drawback: limited US stock right now, and we could not find a restock date on the page.

What buyers say
- Trustpilot (checked October 15, 2026): 3.8 out of 5 from 39 reviews in the past 12 months: 62% five stars, 15% four stars and 23% one star. Almost all reviewers are in Australia; we saw only one US reviewer. Happy customers praise the customer service and say their dogs took to the beds and stairs quickly. One-star reviews complain about slow dispatch (one buyer waited three weeks), items that looked different from the website or ran small, a car seat that was not as advertised, and stairs that stained a leather couch. CloudPaws replied to every negative review.
- The store's own ratings: product pages show 4.9 out of 5 from about 180 to 250 reviews that the brand calls verified Australian reviews. That score comes from the store's own widget, and it is well above the Trustpilot score.
- Independent coverage: we found no lab tests, press reviews or long-term reviews of CloudPaws products.
How it compares
- Large US orthopedic bed brands: better known, ship from inside the US and have far more reviews. Best if you want fast delivery and an easy return.
- Budget foam stairs from big pet retailers: much cheaper and usually available in more heights. Best if your dog only needs a basic step.
- CloudPaws: suits owners who like its design-led look and its curved, low-rise stairs, and who are happy to wait for shipping from Australia.
Shipping & returns
Shipping to the US (checked October 15, 2026): our test cart offered Standard Tracked Shipping for about A$14.26 (roughly $10), with an estimate of 2 to 8 days. The homepage says orders are processed in 1 to 2 business days and delivered in 5 to 10 business days depending on location, and several Trustpilot reviewers reported delays.
Returns and warranty: the policies do not fully agree. The homepage says returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery if the product is unused and in its original condition. The refund policy says returns are limited to items with a manufacturing defect and that change-of-mind and wrong-size returns are not accepted for hygiene reasons. Returns go to an address in Queensland, Australia, and must be approved by email first. The homepage also lists a 12-month manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Ask support@cloudpaws.com to confirm the terms for your order before you buy.
Who it suits / who should skip
CloudPaws suits owners of senior or stiff-jointed dogs who want a thick, washable orthopedic bed or low, cushioned stairs with a modern look, and who do not mind tracked shipping from Australia. Skip it if you need the item within a few days, need tall stairs for a high bed right now, want an easy change-of-mind return, or prefer brands with a long record of independent reviews.
